Stephanie Alvarado

Stephanie Alvarado is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at New Interdisciplinary School since January 2022, Stephanie previously held roles including Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Director at The Laurel Hill School from June 2018 to October 2022. Stephanie excelled in fostering relationships with employees and families, as well as in student recruitment and enrollment management. Additionally, Stephanie managed retail operations as a Store Manager at Deckers Brands from 2012 to 2018. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University and a Real Estate Sales Person certification from The American Real Estate School.
