Shanna Hudson-Stowe

Shanna Hudson-Stowe is an experienced professional in development and administrative support within the cultural sector, currently serving as a Development Associate at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Foundation since March 2006. Shanna played a key role in establishing the Development Office and focuses on donor development, grant writing, and volunteer management. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at the same foundation, a Development Intern where Shanna contributed to the membership program and grant proposals, and a Graduate Assistant at the University of New Orleans. Shanna’s career also encompasses positions as Senior Administrative Assistant at Terracon, Owner of Stowe Sales Management & Marketing, Buyer at Rainbow Natural Foods, and Manager at Columbia Community Grocery Co-operative. Shanna holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stephens College.
