Joey Howell

Joey Howell is the current Digital Media Producer at The New Stack. Joey has an extensive background in audio and video production. Joey got their start in 2008 as the Technical Director at The Rock, a church with 1,500 to 2,000 members. In this role, Joey was responsible for overseeing the live production of weekend services, shooting and editing announcement videos, and producing special event videos.

In 2012, Joey left The Rock to start Howell Media, LLC., a media production company specializing in video and audio production for corporate and non-profit clients. Through Howell Media, Joey has produced hundreds of videos for clients all over the world.

Joey is a talented producer with a passion for telling stories through video and audio. Joey is a skilled editor and motion graphics artist, and has a keen eye for detail. Joey is a strong leader and motivator, and has a proven track record of success in video production.

Joey went to the University of Colorado Denver and studied business. After they graduated, they started their own business.

They are on a team with Judy Williams - General Manager of Operations, Aaron J Ban - Director of UX & Engineering, and Benjamin Ball - Sales & Account Management Director. Their manager is Alex Williams, Founder & Publisher.
