Jonathan Townsend

Jon Townsend has extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and guest experience management. Currently serving as Head of FP&A and Systems at The New World Trading Company since September 2019, Jon's responsibilities include directing strategic planning efforts and providing insights on operational effectiveness and business opportunities. Previously, Jon held various managerial positions at Revolution Bars Group PLC, culminating in the role of General Manager, where oversight of a 1000+ capacity operation was key, alongside responsibilities in recruitment, staff development, budgeting, and marketing. Earlier experience also includes an internship at Hewlett-Packard from August 2005 to July 2007.
