Lauren Perkins

Lauren Perkins is an accomplished professional in the nonprofit sector with extensive experience in program management and operations. As the Program Director and previously Program Officer for Westchester at The New York Community Trust since February 2023, Lauren oversees critical initiatives. Prior to this role, Lauren served as the Chief Operating Officer at GO Foundation from November 2018 to February 2023 and held various leadership positions at The Fund for Public Schools and the NYC Department of Education. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Global Classroom at One To World and coordinating GED programs at Community Impact. Lauren began a career in education as a Teaching Fellow with Fulbright Korea. Educational credentials include a BA, cum laude, in Sociology and Education from Hamilton College and an MA in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University.
