Lourdes Archer

Lourdes Archer has extensive work experience in benefits administration. Lourdes currently holds the position of Director of Benefits at The New York Racing Association, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ogilvy & Mather for over 20 years, where they held various roles, including Associate Director of Benefit Programs and Benefits Manager. In these roles, Lourdes was responsible for overseeing benefit plans, managing relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance, and administering health and welfare programs.

Lourdes Archer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Binghamton University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Lourdes later pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from The New School between 1995 and 1998.
