Crystal Alcantara has worked as a Prep cook/Expoditer at TD Garden from September 2009 to September 2015. Crystal then held the title of Cook 2 at Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris from September 2015 to present. Currently, Crystal is serving as a Cook 1 and Sous Chef at The Newbury Boston since May 2021. Crystal has experience creating menu items using seasonal ingredients and ensuring dishes are sent out in a timely manner during service.
