Lindsey-Mai Higgins

Lindsey-Mai Higgins serves as the Transport Manager at The Newt in Somerset since July 2019, overseeing the London & Southwest own fleet for nationwide and international operations. Prior roles at The Newt include Transport Coordinator in e-commerce for the Southwest and London, along with a background in customer service as a Customer Service Agent and Hotel Receptionist at GAINSBOROUGH HOTEL (BATH) LIMITED, and as a Reservations Agent at Premier Inn. Prior experience also includes serving as Duty Manager at Hallmark Hotels and Receptionist with event/sales duties. Lindsey-Mai holds a Diploma of Education in Transport & Logistics Operations from IoSCM and an undergraduate degree in Hotel, Resort and Event Management from the University of Gloucestershire, complemented by a Level 3 BTEC in Hospitality from Strode College.
