Jeff Radichel

Jeff Radichel, ME, MBA, is an experienced leader in sales and marketing with a robust background in engineering and business management. Since March 2015, Jeff has served as President of The Next Step, Inc. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Lion Precision, COO of Machine Safety Management, and Marketing Director at Diversified Dynamics Corp. Additionally, Jeff has contributed to advisory boards for Dunwoody College of Technology and Manufacturers Alliance. Jeff holds an MBA in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Jeff also has international experience through a study abroad program at The University of Edinburgh.
