Steph Altom is a certified coach and consultant at SJA Coaching since February 2018, focusing on supporting servant leaders to foster environments of trust, innovation, and accountability. In addition, altom has been involved in people development at The Next Step, Inc. since February 2021, utilizing assessments and coaching to enhance team dynamics and individual satisfaction. Previously, altom served as the Business Office Manager at Christian Life Counseling from August 2012 to November 2017, overseeing front office operations, staff development, and financial management for a multi-location counseling group. Earlier experience includes working as a Design Consultant at Artisan Home Builders from 2005 to 2011, where altom provided design guidance for clients and handled bookkeeping responsibilities. Educational background includes studies at Creative Results Management and Immanuel Lutheran College.
