Claudia Diaz

Claudia Diaz is currently serving as a Student Ambassador at the Society for Financial Education & Professional Development, Inc. since December 2022, where financial education is provided to peers and the community. Claudia holds the position of Resource and Enrichment Coordinator at The Next Step Public Charter School since August 2018 and previously worked as the Art + Media Coordinator at the Latin American Youth Center from February 2010 to August 2018. Claudia's early experience includes serving as an Americorps Member at the Latin American Youth Center from August 2007 to June 2009, contributing to educational and health initiatives in local schools. Claudia Diaz is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts at the University of the District of Columbia, expected to graduate in June 2024, and previously earned an Associate of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from Montgomery College. A high school diploma in General Studies was obtained at Parkdale High School.
