Andrea Hester

Andrea Hester is an experienced professional in human resources and employment relations, currently serving as Deputy Director of Employment Relations and Reward at NHS Employers since January 2010. Hester provides strategic leadership across various work streams within the directorate and has recently expanded responsibilities to include a corporate role at the NHS Confederation while overseeing Pensions and Reward for NHS Employers. Previous roles include Director of OD and HR at NHS North of Tyne, Head of Human Resources at NHS, and Head of Employment Services at NHS Employers, as well as significant leadership positions at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust and York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
