Kataya McKeever-Willis

Kataya McKeever-Willis is a Senior Programme Officer for Diversity and Inclusion at NHS Confederation, working with the EDI Team to organize events and support initiatives aimed at driving positive change across the NHS. Previously, Kataya held multiple positions at Nationwide Building Society, including Senior Mortgage Underwriter and Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing Lead, where responsibilities included assessing Buy-to-Let mortgage applications and coaching colleagues. Kataya also served as a Mortgage Consultant and Mortgage Representative, specializing in customer service and mortgage knowledge. Academic qualifications comprise a Master of Arts in Medieval Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of York, along with certifications in Mortgage Advice and Practice and Regulated Equity Release from LIBF.
