Molly Black

Community Navigation Trainer & Coach at United Way of Greater Cleveland

Molly Black has extensive experience in community training and support, currently serving as a Community Navigation Trainer & Coach at the United Way of Greater Cleveland since May 2004. In this role, Molly is responsible for training new Community Navigation Specialists and providing ongoing monthly training for a staff of approximately 60 people, having updated a comprehensive 120-hour training curriculum. Prior to this position, Molly worked as an Information and Referral Specialist at Infoline, Inc. from June 1999 to May 2004, where responsibilities included providing specialized information and referral services to older adults and managing the Telephone Reassurance Program for Passport Clients. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology from Kent State University, obtained in 1999.
