Paul Deemer has over 20 years of experience in the field of equality and diversity. Paul worked as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at NHS Employers, where they provided advice and guidance on the business benefits of equality, diversity, and human rights. Paul also worked with central government and the wider public and private sector to promote the NHS as an employer of choice. Prior to this, they worked as an Equality and Diversity Consultant at the UK Department of Health and Broomfield Hospital. Paul also served as the Equality and Diversity National Manager at Barnardos and as an HRM Manager at Barnardo's.
Paul Deemer attended Langdon Comprehensive School from 1973 to 1980. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, from 2007 to 2009, Paul attended Cranfield School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in International HRM, specializing in the field of HR.
