Wendy Gill (nee Halmshaw) is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and payroll administration. Currently serving as an HR & Payroll Administrator at NHS Confederation since February 2013, Wendy has previously held roles as an HR Advisor and HR Administrator at Pace, and as an HR & Training Coordinator at Incasso LLP. Wendy's expertise includes advising on employee relations issues, managing performance culture, coordinating payroll processes, and supporting recruitment and training initiatives. Wendy's career began at GE as an HR Administrator, where foundational skills in HR policies and employee benefits were developed.
