Cameron Miller

Cameron Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. In 1993, they worked as a Farm Hand at Kinzer Farms. Cameron then joined PACCAR in 1999, starting as a Design Engineer and later becoming a District Manager, responsible for managing multiple dealerships. At PACCAR, they also led the implementation of Design for Six Sigma practices as a Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2007, they founded Precision Real Estate Development, focusing on spec house building and property management. In 2014, they co-founded FarmShare, a sharing economy platform for farmers, aiming to empower younger generations. Cameron also served on the boards of Sustainable Connections and Tilth Alliance. In 2018, they took on the role of Chief Development Officer at NODE, a startup disrupting the housing industry. Cameron joined the Non-GMO Project in 2018 as the Director of Client Experience, overseeing a team and implementing methodologies for organizational improvement. Cameron then served as the Interim Chief Operating Officer before becoming the Chief Executive of Business Strategy & Innovation. In addition, they were an Entrepreneur in Residence & Instructing Coach at the IDEA Institute at WWU, bringing entrepreneurial experience to students.
