Dana Santo

Dana Santo is the Chief Clinical Officer at The Nord Center, responsible for advancing behavioral health care programs, pursuing service line growth and sustainability. Prior to this, at FrontLine Service from 2004 to 2021, Dana held roles such as Director of Family and Young Adult Services and Program Manager in the Trauma Department. With a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ohio University, Dana has a wealth of experience in leading organizational change, managing programs, providing clinical supervision, and implementing evidence-based practices in the field of behavioral health.
