Alisa Perkins

Alisa Perkins is NORDAM's chief financial officer. She has over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive with robust finance and accounting background and a proven track record of results in capital structuring, cash flow improvement and cross-functional team collaboration.

She most recently served as the CFO of Francis Energy, LLC., where she was the strategic leader for financial operations, risk management, tax and accounting. Prior to that, she was CFO for American Cementing, LLC, overseeing financial operations and human resources. She spent 18 years at SemGroup Corporation, an energy infrastructure company, where her most recent role was vice president of corporate finance, treasurer and chief risk officer.

Perkins started her career at PriceWaterhouse Coopers as a senior accountant. She is a certified public accountant with a master's degree in accounting in information systems from the University of Tulsa, and a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri.
