Angela Strode

Angela Strode currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition at NORDAM, a major independent aerospace company, where responsibilities include overseeing talent development since April 2016. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Manager of Learning and Development/Human Resources Manager for the NTR Division, Manager of Learning and Development, and various positions in training and development. Additionally, Angela has contributed to the fitness industry as an instructor at Balance Yoga Barre since January 2018 and previously at Sculpt Tulsa, LLC from March 2014 to February 2018. Angela also operated The Strode Group LLC as Owner & Executive Recruiter from January 2005 to January 2015 and worked as a Recruiter at Unit Corporation, which focuses on energy exploration and production, from April 2010 to February 2014. Angela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Environmental Sciences with a focus on Apparel Merchandising from Oklahoma State University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
