Karlyn Doyle

Chief of Staff at The NORDAM Group

Karlyn Doyle is chief of staff for NORDAM CEO Meredith Siegfried Madden. In this position, she has a prominent role in planning and directing administrative, advisory, financial and operational activities within the CEO office to support efficient decision making. She provides a communication framework for customers and stakeholders to interact with the CEO’s office; partners with organization leaders to project manage cross-functional projects; and drives strategic initiatives, ensuring resulting actions are executed.

Doyle first joined NORDAM in a financial and information-systems management role on the company’s international sales and marketing team in 1993. She rose to director of international marketing, then transitioned to a global project-leader role. She left in 2012 to work as director of enterprise strategy for global manufacturer TWG, a Dover corporation, returning to NORDAM in 2014. Before coming to NORDAM, she held positions at American Airlines in Tulsa, Oklahoma and with the French Consulate in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Doyle holds an MBA, with a focus in international marketing, from the University of Tulsa; and a bachelor’s in French from Newcomb College of Tulane University, New Orleans. She has also completed an executive program at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor.
