T. Hastings Siegfried

As COO, MRO international divisions, T. Hastings Siegfried is responsible for global MRO operations. He brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, strategy and business-development roles specific to aerospace manufacturing and repair. His leadership focus is on ensuring safe and reliable performance and outstanding customer service while driving revenue growth for the company throughout the Americas and Europe as well as in the Middle-East and Asia-Pacific regions.

Prior to starting at NORDAM in 1998, Siegfried served the community as a Tulsa Police officer. He continued his work in law enforcement and public safety even after joining the company, logging a 26-year policing career that included assignments on specialty units within the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Department, such as the motorcycle unit and SWAT team. He is a past chairman of the state’s Office of Juvenile Affairs board and past commission member of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.

Today, Siegfried is chairman of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, and a board member for both the Tulsa Police Department Foundation and the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Foundation. He also is an unsolved-homicide investigator with the sheriff’s department cold-case taskforce.

He is chairman of the board for community healthcare-provider Ascension St. John Medical Center, past chairman of the State Chamber of Oklahoma, and previous president of The Committee of One Hundred – Tulsa, Inc. Other prior organizational involvements include GAMA, an industry association of general aviation manufacturers; Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce; Tulsa Area United Way; Tulsa Chapter of the American Red Cross; Indian Healthcare Services of Tulsa; and Boy Scouts of America.

Siegfried is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration as a helicopter pilot. He attended the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
