Teresa Carter is an experienced professional with a background in management, project, and IT consulting. Currently serving as Program Director for The Norman Group since May 2020, Teresa focuses on new business development in areas such as treasury, payments, trade, and compliance. Previously, Teresa held the position of Vice President of Professional Services and Delivery Executive at ACI Worldwide from October 1999 to April 2020, where responsibilities included mobilizing global teams to drive pre-sales orchestration, project execution, program governance, and financial management, successfully achieving revenue and sales booking targets in North America and Europe.
