Jennifer Longnion

Jennifer Longnion is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organization development, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Advisor for The NORTH by Female Founder Collective, Jennifer provides valuable guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs. As the Founder and Chief Organization Officer of See & Free Consulting, Jennifer focuses on organizational strategies. At Loyola Marymount University, Jennifer teaches Entrepreneurial Leadership and contributes to the Board of Advisors. Previous roles include Chief Impact Officer at Flexport, Chief Organization Officer and Chief People Officer at Dollar Shave Club, and various leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company, Motorola Mobility, and Best Buy. Jennifer holds several degrees from the University of Minnesota and Texas Lutheran University, with a focus on organization development and higher education administration.
