Alistair Smith

Alistair Smith is a seasoned professional in the apparel industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of Performance Apparel at The North Face since November 2021, and previously held the position of Global Apparel Design Director - Performance. Prior to this role, Alistair was the Director of Global Product Design at Icebreaker and the Head of Product Design at Rapha Racing Limited, where responsibilities included managing a team of nine designers and overseeing a product range generating £85 million in annual revenue. Alistair's career also includes experience as the Lead Designer at NORSE PROJECTS and a design position at Nigel Cabourn Marketing Limited. Alistair holds a 1st Class BA Hons degree in Fashion Marketing from Northumbria University, completed in 2011.
