Jen Truong

Jen Truong is a seasoned professional in product development and sourcing with extensive experience in the apparel and accessories industry. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Developer at The North Face since June 2021, Jen is responsible for luggage, technical packs, daypacks, lifestyle, and accessories. Prior to this role, Jen held positions at Coach from January 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing outlet SLG and handbags from development through commercialization. Jen's career began as a Merchandiser at Dong Nam Vietnam Co., Ltd and progressed to Senior Merchandise Supervisor at Kanaan Sai Gon Co., Ltd, overseeing a team and managing the development processes for The North Face accounts. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ho Chi Minh National University, earned in 2006.
