John Kester

John Kester has extensive retail operations experience, currently serving as Sr. Manager for Retail Operations at The North Face since April 2018. Previous roles at The North Face include Manager of Retail Communications & Customer Experience, General Manager of a Multi-Level Flagship, and Store Manager. Prior to this, Kester worked at Under Armour from May 2014 to April 2018, holding positions such as General Manager and Visual Merchandising Coordinator. Kester's retail career began at Aeropostale, where multiple Store Manager roles were held, along with other management positions, from June 2005 to May 2014. Additionally, Kester gained leadership experience as Assistant Head Coach for Men's Soccer at Michigan City High School from July 2004 to December 2005. Kester is an alumnus of Purdue University Northwest.
