Michael Mould

Michael Mould is an experienced retail leader with a successful track record in various senior roles across well-known brands. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Store Operations for The North Face, a VF Company, since January 2020, Michael has also held the position of Director of Stores for the East Region. Prior to this, Michael worked at Wente Vineyards as the Special Projects - SVP Hospitality Support and was the Senior Director of Retail at Banana Republic. Additional experience includes Director of Store Operations at Gap and various leadership roles at Gap Inc., Ralph Lauren, and Cole Haan. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UC Santa Barbara.
