Charlie Orfe

Charlie Orfe, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at The Norwood Company since April 2022, Charlie has held various senior positions, including Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, Vice President of Accounting, and Corporate Accounting Manager at QualTek from May 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager at RSM between January 2015 and April 2018 and as Senior Manager at Fesnak, LLP from June 2007 to December 2014.
