Shawn Reynolds

Shawn Reynolds is an accomplished professional in property management and training with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Property Management Training at The NRP Group LLC since February 2021, Shawn previously worked as a Multifamily Consultant/Learning & Development specialist at Strategic Performance Consultant. Experience includes directing training for 1,200 site-level employees at Grand Atlas Property Management and serving as Director of Training at Associated Estates, guiding operations during its acquisition by Brookfield Asset Management. Early career roles include Principal Broker at Skyline Realty and Director of Property Management at Amway Corporation, along with management responsibilities at Amber Management Company. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.
