Tiffany Montgomery

Tiffany Montgomery, LSC, ACC, has extensive experience in leadership development and asset management within the real estate and higher education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development & University Relations at The NRP Group LLC since January 2017, Tiffany pioneered a comprehensive training program for management roles and enhanced onboarding processes for Regional Managers. Previous roles at The NRP Group include oversight of commercial spaces and asset management, where Tiffany led significant insurance recoveries and development projects. Prior experience includes positions in campus management and student housing at institutions such as Campus Advantage, The University of Akron, Baldwin Wallace University, and Walsh University. Tiffany holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Human Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from Walsh University, along with a certification in Executive and Professional Coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas.
