Lucas Nelson

Lucas Nelson is a professional with extensive experience in the food service and nutrition sectors. Currently serving as a Sales Business Development and Food Service Director at The Nutrition Group since November 2021, Lucas has previously held the position of Executive Chef at AVI Foodsystems from October 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, Lucas worked as a District Manager for Healthcare Services Group Inc. from October 2009 to October 2012. Educationally, Lucas is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Health, Wellness, and Fitness at Tiffin University, expected to graduate in 2025, and holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from PA Culinary, completed in 2000.
