Dillon Okner

Dillon Okner is a seasoned professional in retail development and real estate management, currently serving as Founding Partner at The Oak Group since January 2021, where expertise lies in rapid retail buildouts and new store openings. Dillon also holds interim senior leadership positions at Level 5 Capital Partners, focusing on retail development and design. Previously, Dillon contributed to Enjoy Technology, Inc. as Vice President of Global Real Estate and Workplace, overseeing the expansion to 96 locations worldwide. Earlier roles include Project Manager of Retail Development at Tesla Motors and various positions at Apple Inc., managing store renovations and standards upgrades, alongside experience in field supervision and audio production.
