Christian Howard

VP, Corporate Partnerships at Las Vegas Raiders

Christian Howard is currently the VP of Corporate Partnerships for the Las Vegas Raiders. Prior to this, they spent over two decades with the Los Angeles Clippers in various marketing and broadcasting roles.

Howard began their career with the Clippers in January 1991 as part of the Sponsorship Department. Christian quickly rebuilt the department from the ground up, increasing sponsorship revenue each year. In their final four seasons with the team, sponsorship revenue increased by 50%, 65%, 28%, and 25%.

In 2012, Howard was promoted to SVP of Marketing, Partnerships, & Broadcasting. In this role, they oversaw the Sponsorship Department as well as the Broadcast Department. Christian was responsible for negotiating all radio flagship agreements, as well as Spanish language and affiliate deals. Christian also assisted the President with television broadcast rights deals.

Howard was instrumental in managing the Clippers' relationships with Adidas and the NBA. Christian spearheaded logo and uniform alterations that modernized the team's image.

Christian Howard is a respected figure in the sports marketing industry. Their more than two decades of experience with one of the NBA's most iconic franchises has prepared him well for their current role with the Las Vegas Raiders.

Christian Howard attended Brophy College Preparatory for high school where they participated in the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Christian then went on to Arizona State University for their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Advertising.

They are on a team with Matt Sheldon - Director, Football Research & Strategy, Michael Crome - SVP & CFO, and Tom Delaney - SVP & Director, Football Administration. A direct report to Christian Howard is and Melissa Bacon - Manager, Corporate Partnerships. Christian Howard reports to Mark Davis, Owner.
