Ryann Gonzales

Ryann Gonzales is an experienced professional in premium membership services, currently serving as the Manager of Suite Service for the Las Vegas Raiders since December 2019. In this role, Ryann maintains relationships with annual premium members, ensuring high customer satisfaction and managing the yearly renewal sweepstakes for suite and loge members. Previously, Ryann held positions as a Premium Service Coordinator at both the Allegiant Stadium with Legends and the Colorado Avalanche with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, focusing on client relationships, service quality, and feedback collection. Earlier experience includes a Franchise Service Representative role with Spurs Sports & Entertainment, where Ryann was responsible for member retention and sales goals, along with a Season Ticket Services Internship.
