Andreas K. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent role is as Senior Managing Director - Financial Modeling & Data Analytics at The Oakleaf Group, a nationwide consulting and advisory firm specializing in the mortgage and structured finance industries. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Client Partner at GFT Group. Andreas has also held leadership positions as a Vice President at R Systems and Indecomm Global Services, where they were responsible for client services. Before transitioning to the private sector, they served in the United States Department of the Army for five years. In addition, Andreas has experience in sales and operations, having worked as a Vice President of Global Sales and Operations at E5 Systems and as a Director of Sales at Mastech Digital. Prior to their commercial career, Andreas was the President/CEO of Veterans Consulting - SDVOSB.

Andreas K. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Military and Strategic Leadership from The University of Texas at El Paso, completing their education from 1992 to 1996. Andreas also holds additional certifications such as Green Coding - Architects, Green Coding - Managers, Green Coding - Testers, SDVOSB (from the Department of Veterans Affairs, CVE), and AWS Solutions Training for Partners.
