Tammy Holzer has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tammy began their career in 1990 with HealthFitness as a Student Internship, and later became a Program Director, a role they fulfilled until 2003. In 2001, they transitioned to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a Real Estate Agent, where they worked until 2011. Tammy then joined Johnson & Johnson in 2003 as a Program Manager, a position they held for a year. Since 2008, Tammy has been associated with The Oaks at Bartlett, starting as a Fitness Instructor and eventually working their way up to roles like Fitness Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Program Manager, Community Life Director, and currently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Tammy Holzer attended Resurrection High School from 1982 to 1986. Tammy then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Health Management/Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University, graduating in 1991.
