Simon Michalik

Simon Michalik is a Senior Manufacturing / Controls Engineer at The Oakwood Group, where responsibilities include leading a team of manufacturing engineers, integrating custom manufacturing execution systems (MES), and participating in an ERP migration project. Prior experience at The Oakwood Group includes roles as a Manufacturing / Controls Engineer overseeing assembly operations and as a Machine Builder Assistant. Simon also served as a Student Engineer at Viconic Defense, contributing to the development of military equipment. Simon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and is a graduate of University of Detroit Jesuit High School.
