Patricia Cowell

Patricia Cowell is an experienced Community Health Educator at The Oasis Institute, a position held since November 2016. Prior to this role, Patricia served as Chief Operational Officer and held various supervisory and managerial positions at Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service from January 2001 to September 2008. Earlier in Patricia's career, a role as a Corporate Trainer at AT&T involved writing training materials and conducting training for 300 employees during a company merger. Patricia holds a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Administration from Lindenwood University Graduate School, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Nonprofit Administration from Lindenwood University, and two associate degrees in Human Services from St. Charles Community College and St. Louis University.
