Stephanie Tate

Stephanie Tate is an accomplished marine conservation professional, currently serving as Senior Program Manager at The Ocean Agency since April 2016. With a strong background in marine science and education, Stephanie co-founded Ocean Collectiv in 2017 and held the position of Program Manager at the Waitt Institute from June 2014 to March 2016. Previous experience includes roles as Science and Education Director at the Coral Restoration Foundation and Senior Marine Science Instructor at MarineLab. Stephanie's academic qualifications include a Master's of Advanced Studies in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UCSD, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Studio Art from Denison University. Additionally, practical field experience was gained as a Field Technician at Groundwater Sciences Corporation and as a Marine Conservation Intern at the Reef Environmental Education Foundation.
