Tom Courtney

Tom Courtney has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tom is currently working as a Finance Manager at Ocean Bottle, a B Corp that specializes in creating reusable bottles that support environmental causes. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Financial Controller at War Paint For Men, a company focused on men's cosmetics.

Tom also served as a Senior Management Accountant at finova from 2021 to 2021, where they were responsible for financial reporting and analysis. Before that, they held the role of Management Accountant at the same company from 2019 to 2021.

Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Qualified Accountant (Audit) at PKF Littlejohn from 2017 to 2019, where they gained experience in auditing. Tom also worked as a Trainee Chartered Accountant (Audit) at Barnes Roffe LLP in 2016.

Tom has also explored other industries, working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Consumer Additions for a short period in 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Vivid Resourcing Ltd from 2014 to 2016.

Throughout their career, Tom has developed a strong background in finance and accounting, including experience in financial management, auditing, and recruitment.

Tom Courtney attended the University of Southampton from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a BSc Economics & Management Sciences degree with a specialization in Economics. In September 2019, they obtained the ACA certification from the ICAEW institution.
