Andrew Scola

Andrew Scola is a culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles, currently serving as Bistro Chef De Cuisine at The Ocean House since April 2021. Prior to this position, Andrew held the role of Sous Chef at Ocean House Management from September 2018 and at Sails Restaurants from January 2018 to September 2018. Andrew's culinary journey began at The Ocean House as a Cook from September 2014 to May 2017, followed by a position as a Catering Cook with Calafia Management in 2014. Earlier experience includes a role as a Line Cook at Calafia Cafe from May 2012 to May 2014. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, earned between 2012 and 2015, and completed education at Palo Alto High School from 2008 to 2011.
