Carlos Hoyos is the Founder & CEO of Behavioral Pills, a company that promotes the training and application of Behavioral Design for organizational improvement. Carlos also works as a Gamification Designer at The Octalysis Group and as a Senior Behavioral Design Consultant at BeWay. With a background in Psychology, Carlos has experience in creating and implementing areas focused on Behavioral Science, Consumer Insights, and Quality. Additionally, Carlos has a strong research background from their time at Ipsos Apoyo and GFK Conecta. Carlos also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management.
