Dale Thay

Dale Thay is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at The ODP Corporation. Prior to this role, Dale held various HR leadership positions at companies such as Amazon, TT Electronics plc, GE Transportation, Honeywell, and Danaher Corporation. Dale holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach.
