Matt Conklin

Matt Conklin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at The ODP Corporation since June 2017, Matt has also held roles as a consultant and business analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes a marketing and sales internship at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where Matt developed a nationwide dealership award tracking system, and a customer experience internship at Lenovo, where a cost-savings project was initiated. Early career roles include a lot associate position at Home Depot, which helped to cultivate strong interpersonal skills. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management with a focus on Business Analytics from Elon University.
