Serdar Canbek

Serdar Canbek is a seasoned leader in operations reporting and analytics, currently serving as Sr. Manager at The ODP Corporation since July 2023. With a strong background in customer experience, workforce management, and global business process outsourcing, Serdar excels in building relationships and strategic planning. Prior to this, Serdar held the position of Sr. Manager at VEYER Logistics, overseeing Supply Chain Customer Service operations and technology, and played a significant role at Office Depot from 2006 to September 2022, managing operations and analytics for outsourced global contact centers. Serdar holds a Master of Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
