Kelly Dollins

Kelly Dollins has served as the President of O’Gara Training & Services since January 2020, after almost eight years as the General Manager. Based in Montross, VA, he oversees all the training exercises O’Gara hosts for corporate, government, and military entities. These scenarios include Active Shooter Response, Crisis Management, Defensive Driving, Special Tactics, and many more. Kelly’s career in the security industry spans more than thirty years, during which time he held positions as a Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Air Marshals, and as the Assistant Director of Security for the Walt Disney Company. He is a proud Marine Corps Veteran, a PMP Professional, and earned his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
