Adam Banks

Adam Banks is an experienced pastor currently serving at First Baptist Church of Springfield since August 2016. Adam's theological education includes a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, earned between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis, completed in 2012. Prior to the current role, Adam served as an Associate Minister focused on children and youth at NextGen Church, held pastoral internships at Compton Heights Baptist Church and Third Baptist Church in St. Louis, and gained experience as a youth pastor during a tenure with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. Adam has actively contributed to worship and preaching through various church roles and community engagements.
