Cristina Cardenas has been working at The Ohio State University since June 2004. In their role as Business Process and Reporting Manager, Cristina leads a team to develop and implement strategies for improving reporting and business processes. Additionally, Cristina serves as the Workday Payroll Accounting and Commitments Business Process Lead, where Cristina transforms PeopleSoft processes to Workday, gathers requirements, and creates configurations for seamless impacts across various departments. In their previous roles at the university, Cristina achieved significant turnarounds in employee morale and client satisfaction, and streamlined business processes for higher efficiency. Prior to their current position, Cristina worked at Ashland Inc. as an HR Assistant from 2000 to 2004.
