Jack Frost

Jack Frost serves as the Director of Student Technology Solutions at The Ohio State University since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jack held multiple positions at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, including Director of IT Portfolio Management Office, Director of Software Engineering, and IT Director of Academic Computing, overseeing various technology teams and initiatives to support the institution's strategic goals. Jack's career began at The Ohio State University, where Jack worked as IT Systems Manager and IT LAN Manager. Notable accomplishments include establishing governance frameworks for IT prioritization, managing successful software development teams, and improving desktop deployment processes. Jack holds a Master’s degree in Business Operational Excellence and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
